Oklahomans Say "Yes" to Prison Reform!

Oklahomans passed two state questions, SQ 780 and 781, aimed at lowering the prison population. SQ 780 reduces some felonies, such as low level drug charges, to misdemeanors; and SQ 781 uses savings for mental heatlh treatment.
